Alright, Greg heard back from blip. Their response is on our website: www.dawnsomewhere.com/2013/01/…

Essentially, they said they wont be giving our account back. For those who submitted requests on our behalf, thank y'all for your support, but complaints don't change these policies unfortunately. While our stuff legally falls under 'fair use' laws, Blip has their own interests to look after and they don't have the time to verify everything. Essentially we're guilty until proven innocent, and the burden of proof is on us, the accused, not the accuser. That's just the internet landscape we live in nowadays.

That said, we will certainly find another method of hosting the mentally advanced series on our site; Y'all need not worry. If you find yourself going through withdrawals however and need to watch an episode of the mentally advanced series that is blocked you can download any/all of the episodes from the link posted on our forum here: www.dawnsomewhere.com/forum/?m…

be sure to thank DaftMink on the thread for going to the trouble of downloading and hosting the episode files.

So, I've been working on a little animation involving fluttershy that was going to serve as a redirect video for each of the old episodes. Since we currently don't have a host site however, we don't yet have a use for the animation. Since Greg's been doing so much research into copyright law recently, he's thinking of doing a short documentary that would feature the fluttershy animation that would give an overview of internet copyright issues as well as give tips. So be looking forward to that eventually.

I should be starting on the Aurora short some time soon - hopefully by the end of next week!
